I’m on IPhone, I didn’t receive a notification about the newsletter but I can look at the notification history and pull it up from there (I’ve been double checking there for Herman notifications when hunting)

Same as Sky, but I have a Nokia 5 and didn’t get the test 3 notification either. Looks like we need the app running constantly to receive any sort of notification.
